Administration
Provides administrative oversight to facilitate growth and progression; ensures that each ministry area operates and directs their ministry in accordance with the vision and initiatives.
Marketing
Ensures that the events, activities, and mission of BTVMI are communicated to the public via the internet, radio, television, and hardcopy marketing.
Intercessory Prayer
Prays for the vision, pastors, church, community, and government.
Ministerial Training
Prepares those called to the five-fold to fulfill their call through classes and hands-on application.
Leadership Training
Develops the godly leadership skills of members of BTVMI so they can effectively lead themselves and subsequently their homes, businesses and communities.
Website
Informs others of events, activities, and vision of BTVMI via website publishing.

Benevolence Ministry
Provides assistance to members that may have a need as a result of uncontrolled circumstances and shows loving support to all members during their time of crisis.
Hospital Visitation
Visits the sick and shut-in and shares the Word of God and prayer with all hospitalized members and their immediate family.
Food Service
Prepares and serves food at BTVMI events.

Facility and Set-up
Prepares the buildings for services and activities and ensures that rented facilities are cleaned and returned to pre-used condition.
Sound Ministry
Ensures audible sound that is sent from microphones/speakers are adequate and balanced during worship services, conferences and for tape recordings.
Greeters/Ushers
Maintains order during services and provides directional guidance to visitors and members during services and events. Serves the people during the collection of tithes and offerings, and distributes communion.

Business Network
Encourages member support and development of business establishments of BTVMI members in order that they may abound to every good work and that their influence, excellence, and giving may increase.

Servant Evangelism/ Community Relations
Ministers to our community through the coordination of active servanthood efforts. Provides contacts and resources to minister to area occupants. Networks with local agencies to collaborate efforts and support worthy endeavors.
Children's Ministries - Seeds of Faith
Develops our children and youth spiritually, mentally, and socially and encourages their leadership growth through the Word, worship, prayer, fellowship, and evangelism.

Street and Door-to-Door Evangelism
Shares the Gospel of Jesus Christ through street events, door-to-door contact, and relationship evangelism.
M.O.V.E. - Men of Vision and Excellence
Develops men to become great fathers, providers, and leaders and aids them in identifying their purpose, position and priorities to fulfill their God-ordained assignment.

Music Ministry

Security
Ensure traffic safety and security is maintained during services among BTVMI grounds.
Pastor's Personal Aides (PPA's)
Ensure the comfort of the Senior Pastor, Associate Ministers and any visiting Pastors. They serve water/juice when necessary, cater dinners, receptions and banquets of BTVMI. They send cards and flowers to newborns, newlyweds, sick and bereaved on behalf of the Senior Pastors.

Prison Ministry
VisitS inmates in our community jails to communicate the Word of God and telling them about the salvation and love of Jesus Christ.
